It’s also common to experience mild redness, tenderness, or slight bruising around the treated areas, which should resolve within a few days. Some people may feel a slight tightness or warmth in the skin, but this is temporary. To support healing, it’s best to avoid touching the area or applying makeup for at least 6 hours, and steer clear of intense heat (such as saunas, hot baths, and sunbeds), strenuous exercise, and alcohol for 24–48 hours. Most patients begin to notice an improvement in hydration and skin glow within a few days, with full results developing after the second treatment, around 4–6 weeks later.

It’s best to avoid makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment to prevent irritation or infection.
