A non-surgical rhinoplasty, also called a liquid nose job or nose filler, uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler to change the shape of the nose without surgery. The appointment takes about thirty minutes. You see the result the same day. There is no surgical recovery to plan around.

Filler adds volume. It cannot take anything away. That means there are limits to what a non-surgical rhinoplasty can do, however skilled the injector is.
If you are not suitable, I would rather say so at the consultation than take your money and give you a result neither of us likes. That happens often enough that it needs saying here, not just in the room.

I look at your nose from the front, in profile and from below. I ask what you notice in photographs. Then I tell you honestly what filler can and cannot do.
On the day of treatment, numbing cream goes on first and sits for about twenty minutes. I use a firm hyaluronic acid gel chosen specifically for the nose, because nose filler needs to hold its shape. It needs to stay exactly where it is placed, not spread like a softer lip filler might.
The injecting itself only takes a few minutes. I work in small amounts and check the profile as I go. Not all at once. Not rushed.
You see the change immediately in a mirror before you leave.
Expect some swelling, redness or tenderness for the first day or two. Leave the nose alone. No make-up for twelve hours. Avoid hard exercise, saunas and steam rooms for forty eight hours.

The nose is the riskiest area on the face to inject with filler.

The reason is anatomy. The nose has several small arteries packed into a very small space, and those vessels connect back towards the arteries that supply the eye. Lips and cheeks do not carry the same pattern of risk.
The largest review of the evidence so far looked at 8,604 patients who had non-surgical rhinoplasty. Around 2.52% had a complication of some kind, and most were minor. Roughly 0.35% had a blocked blood vessel. Roughly 0.09% lost some vision.
Those numbers are small - They are not zero.
Any clinic that tells you this treatment is simply safe is leaving out the part you most need to understand.
A vascular occlusion means filler has blocked a blood vessel.
That is the complication that matters, because the tissue beyond the blockage loses its blood supply. If the vessel connects towards the eye, it can affect vision.
The warning signs are pain that is far worse than it should be, skin that turns white or dusky, and any change to your sight. Published guidance is clear. This is treated immediately, not the next day.
