Appointment Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

• Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a £50 cancellation fee and loss of your deposit.
• If your appointment is part of a prepaid course, late cancellations may also mean losing that session.

If you miss your appointment or cancel late more than once, you may need to pay in full upfront to rebook.
